They say that “hunger makes the best sauce” but I think Trio make the best sauces and in the process create the most delicious food in town. Their denoted style is ‘Mediterranean’ but the chef/owners are German and Swiss and their experiences are French and their working environment is Mexico, all of which make for delectable and rich reasons to eat there.
